Hi! My name is Lauryn, I live in Park Rapids with my fiancé Eli and our puppy Mazie. I have loved watching and playing volleyball since I was 9 years old! This will be my first year coaching and I am beyond excited! I can’t wait to have strong, high potential athletes on my team!

My name is Tiffany Oswald, and I'm excited to bring my deep appreciation for volleyball to the Park Rapids JO team. While this is my first volleyball coaching role, I've been immersed in the sport for 5 years as a gym mom! I believe in teaching through positive reinforcement, clear communication, and consistent drills that improve everything from serving to strategic play. I'm dedicated to developing strong fundamentals and a resilient mindset, ensuring our players become not just better athletes, but also strong, supportive teammates.
